Club News & Happenings
The 2010 WFB Gridiron Club is getting ready for yet another big year. Funds raised by the club go towards activities (football camp, football clinics, scholarships for graduating seniors), Personnel (football coaches, strength trainers) Equipment (football lockers, coaching gear, video equipment), and Personnel (football coaches, strength trainers).
We also host several 'tailgate' parties prior to many of the Blue Duke home Varsity football games. Membership has its privileges and joining the Gridiron Club includes the cost of tickets to home Blue Duke football games. The 2010 sign up form, membership dues, and ticket details can be found here .

June 18, 2009 Gridiron Club Meeting Minutes
May 16, 2009 - The Whitefish Bay High School Football Golf Classic is scheduled for 11:00 AM, Friday, July 17, 2009 at Fire Ridge Golf Course in Grafton, WI. This event is played in Scramble - 4some Step Aside Format. The event is open to the public and 100% of the proceeds benefit the Blue Dukes Football Program. Cost per person is $125 or $500 per foursome and includes round of golf, a shared cart, dinner and drinks. Besides golfing, you can support the event and program by sponsoring a hole ($125), or donation of a prize. One can also attend the dinner only ($50). Feb. 8, 2009 - Show your Duke Pride with a personalized Dukes lighted mirror with your football number. The 12"x12" fluorescent lit logo is great to hang on your bedroom wall or rec room. Makes for a great graduation gift. A portion of your purchase will go towards the Whitefish Bay football program. Dec. 8, 2008 - A DVD Quality Season Highlight Video that contains the video clips that have been loaded on this website thoughout the season will be for sale at the Blue Duke Football Banquet this Wed., December 10th. The video has been filmed by Vik Gottlieb and Joe Schwenker and compiled by Vik. The cost for the Video will be $15.00 and all proceeds will go to the Gridirion Club which raises funds for our football program. These make a great gift for the holidays!

Oct. 8, 2008 - The 3rd Annual Blue Duke Parent Party scheduled for Saturday, October 11th at 7:00 PM has been cancelled. The event is to be rescheduled over the Winter after the holiday season.
Oct. 3, 2008 - Tailgate this evening before the game wil be at the high school east coutyard!
Sept. 21, 2008 - The Gridiron Club Sponsored a tailgate party prior to the Blue Duke vs Cedarburg game to introduce new members, share information and to request additional sponsorship. Brian Gaertner and Scott Beck spoke briefly to the crowd of 60+ about how their sponsorship will help the football program. A good time was had by all who attended. Look for future news about the next game tailgate party! A special "Thank You" to Joyce and James Davis who allowed the Gridiron Tailgate to be held at their residence, conveniently located right across the street from Lubar Stadium. Joyce is a fun host!
